Up to $250 per occurrence we act and report it on your statement. Above that, we ask you first, unless it is an emergency. Full Collection is available in Los Angeles metro and approved markets.

What the fee is charged on
Gross Booking Revenue, defined.
Gross Booking Revenue is the total nightly rate and any extra-guest, pet, or early check-in fees collected from guests. It excludes taxes, cleaning fees, security deposits, damage claim proceeds, and platform-charged guest service fees.

Cleaning fees are collected from guests and pass through in full to the cleaning vendor. We retain no portion of any cleaning fee.
How you get paid
Paid to you, directly.
- You remain the payout recipient of record.
- Where the platform supports a co-host payout split, our fee comes through it; otherwise we invoice by the 5th.
- We never hold your money.
